We are not accepting returns at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges may be made for sizing issues, but customers will be held responsible for all shipping costs. In the event you need to exchange a size or you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. In this event, do not send the product back to the return address before receiving permission from Sparkling Stepper for an exchange or replacement product.
Due to the nature of digital screen resolution, Sparkling Stepper can not be held responsible for minor variations in the color of the products in this shop. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that vary slightly in color in person from their product image in the shop.
In the event your order or payment is not able to be processed as submitted we will try to contact you via e-mail to fix any issues. If this is not possible, the e-mail is not answered, or the issue is not resolved in full within 2 weeks of the purchase date Sparkling Stepper will cancel your order and refund what was paid by the customer. At this point you may choose to re-submit your order as a new purchase.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct address. In the event an issue arises, contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If the package has already shipped, we may be able to resend your order if it is returned back to us with an additional cost for the customer.
